This license terminates when you remove your User Content from our systems, except as necessary for us to comply with legal obligations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with joltlyx.com is to stop using the Service. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00).

YOUR USE OF JOLTLYX.COM AND ITS TOOLS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. JOLTLYX.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

joltlyx.com makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable; or (iv) the quality of any Tools, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

You understand and agree that any material or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from joltlyx.com or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless joltlyx.com, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of joltlyx.com, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from joltlyx.com.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of joltlyx.com immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use joltlyx.com will cease immediately.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of joltlyx.com.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
